If it is a in good health or spring, you could have an iron problem from the marine source.

If the house is old and have galvanized steel pipes, they could be full of sediment and rust. Usually when these elderly pipes are cut, they are completely occluded!

If you have city sea and CPVC or other modern plumbing, AND only the hot marine is colored as you state, then you are getting sludge past its sell-by date the bottom of the water boiler tank. If this is the grip, the tank can be drained and flushed short too much trouble. If you're not familiar beside how to do this, call a plumber!

Another possibility if you are on city river is maintenance or repair on the city system have temorarily contaminated the water supply, but not imagined since only your hot marine is affected.
Rusty pipes!
