you probably have a CONDENSING furnace that make water due to the certainty that they are so efficient and verbs most of the heat bad the exhaust. the air from the exhaust is cooler than that of the atmosphere in your vent

if you don't enjoy a high eff furnace, your ac is on too and/or you own serious issues
