Why is My Frigidaire's self cleaning oven's LOCK neutral still ON long after cleaning? ...

Answers:    When you use this feature, your oven can achieve as hot as 900 degrees F. That's extremely hot, not to mention terrifying!

The lock will typically stay on for about up to 3 hours after the self-cleaning fact has completed or until the warmth has lowered to at tiniest 600 degrees F.

My guess is that your model take longer to cool than other models and the lock will stay on until your oven has cooled to a "safe" heat. Look on the bright side, it's taking longer to cool because it probably has better insulation, substance less roast escapes, which makes it more dash efficient.

If you're impatient and want to know how to use your oven sooner, try cleaning it with Easy-Off instead? Simply spray on evenly, keep on 30 minutes, then wipe stale. This stuff literally melts the baked on grease stale like sleight of hand. Make sure you remove all the cleaning residue back using your oven again and use in a powerfully ventilated nouns as the fumes can get pretty strong from this cleaning product.
If it's similar to mine then it will stay on for a bit while after the clean cycle!
