Why is my faucet hose not clear anymore? Obviously I'm going to talk to my apartment inhabitants about this on...

Obviously I'm going to talk to my apartment inhabitants about this on Monday... However, I'm curious to know if anyone else have experienced this. My faucet water pretty much looks close to a mixture of water and milk for just about five seconds and after it turns clear. Not sure what it is or what to do about it.

Answers:    Is this up with both the cold and hot dampen lines? If it is only scheduled with the hot wet then it's time for a different hot water cistern. The sediment is probably building up in the bottom of the container.
