We got an old dryer and have to change the cord because we live in an elder trailor and not it runs but there is no heat. Its a short time ago air.. What could the problem be? Other than the heating feature??
If it is not connected to a 230V source, the atmosphere will flow, but not the heat. the Thermostat may also be broken. if you checked the heating constituent and its working , check the therma fuse or the thermostat.
If is not the heating element, label sure that you have 110 volts working on both legs of the line cord beside a multitester, make sure the screws are tight where on earth the line attaches, then check the 220 breaker to gross sure its working correctly check out the lint trap and then pull the dryer foward and within is a pipe that looks like foil i guess and check that for lint as well that be what was wrong with ours
Answers: Make sure there's power getting to both circuits for the dryer. An electric dryer uses two circuit breakers or fuses, and if only one of two is tripped or blown, the dryer might still run but not heat. Sometimes the power cord disconnects or burns at the dryer, if this is the overnight case, the wiring and the terminal block must be repaired or replaced. Try the link below for more support.
