Why is here abundantly of condensation around the outside of my toilet cistern? There are water droplets lower than the tank.

Answers: The cistern is cold, but the air surrounding it is thaw out and full of moisture. When the warm moist nouns hits the cooler toilet, condensation occurs.
Because your cold dampen is colder than your house. Not a lot you can do something like it but I have see (in US) furry covers to soak this up but then they would smell a bit. We own had unknown toilets installed which are built in so we don't enjoy the problem now.
