i have a clean machine and when i clean clothes when it comes around to the rinse cycle it starts to rinse then the spin cycle comes when it stops i draw from ready to bear the clothes out, but there is in the region of 8 inches of water still contained by the machine and the clothes are soaking damp
Does your brand of warsher have a pump? check it if maybe the spin cycle is supposed to available the water look for a restriction surrounded by the drain hose. Has it always done this?

Answers: Something is wrong with your wash machine, probably a clogged drain. Have someone look at it if you aren't comforable doing it, but you might be capable of look around in at hand and find something out.
