ok everytime lately i seem to turn on the river faucet in my bathroom and i touch the marine it shocks me. Its just for a time zap like when you rub yuor feeet on the hearth rug and touch someone. The faucet or lights dont do it, just when i touch the hose down. Any ideas? Its kinda annoyin in truth.
