At least one of our six-year-old toilets 'stalls' roughly speaking every second flush. The bowl fills usually but then it stays reasonably full and doesn't drain! The next flush almost other works fine. It isn't even a low-flow toilet so we are wasting water.
clogged rank?

It sounds like the flapper spout is not opening fully or not staying unseal long enough. Adjust the fasten if needed or replace the flapper valve.

Answers:    bear the lid off the backbone and watch it every time you flush for a afternoon or so. If it is not the flapper or water stratum problem, then you possibly hold a drain that is becoming clogged, but not fully stopped up however.
