well it trips.and we dont know why. thats y im asking. it trips and i noticed something tentative. its hot. is it supposed to be hot. also its not a single circuit tripping its the whole house. the main one trips and shut the integral house down.
we have one computer, an air conditioner, a freezer, the fridge, two fan and our telephones on at the time.
what i don't get is we've have this stuff on last year and the year before that and it didn't trip. the single difference is that we have another comptuer (so now we hold 3) and a router. we dont even use the other two computers because the circuit will trip. please help
you want to call a professional on monday and have them come look at the problem because beside that hitting up that mean there is a short contained by your wiring and that is what can inflict the circuit to trip. if you don't get this looked at now it can inflict a fire your overloading the main breaker, think of it approaching this say your main is a 100 amp, presently look at all of your circuit breakers and add the amperage of adjectives of them up, what do you get? you can easily trip the major with out tripping any of the branch circuits.
The reason that it is hot is a breaker trips on boil, inside of it there is a bi-metallic strip, when too much wattage comes across the strip one side of the becomes softer than the other and allows the breaker to trip.
amp x volts= watts
my counsel would be to install energy efficient appliances or hold an electrician come out and redo your service
The adjectives circuit could be overloaded, also, when a breaker trips 2 times or more ,is a good thing to replace it.
computers don't drain much amps, but monitors did. Could it be that the wires are 14 quantify and they are overheating.
Is Good that it trips, that is tell you something.
Answers: well I would try to bring a new circuit breaker of the same amp and voltage. see if this works. save then you have a short somewhere
