Why does my exotic shower enjoy no dampen pressure? I just built a fresh bathroom with a sink and a shower....

I just built a fresh bathroom with a sink and a shower. The sink have great pressure, but in the shower, hose barely trickles out. I removed the hoses surrounded by the back, and within was a ton of pressure here, so I know its something inside the pipes of the shower. FYI, Its one of those showers with the little wall jet built in. I checked adjectives the rubber washers, and there is no blockage. Any planning? Thanks.

Is it one of those drive saver shower head? If it is, that will make the difference.
