Answers: Your nouns conditioner is constantly removing humidity from your house while it operates. There is a drain hole on the bottom outside of your element that allows the water to drain. For this to work properly, your conditioner should be placed contained by your window slightly angled downward to the outside.
If it already is this style, your drain hose/hole may be plugged. Clean this out, and everything will be ok.
One of your hoses most be loose or has a tiny hole.
