Why can i not clear the sea contained by my swimming pool chorine is spot on and so is ph but hose down is milky?

Answers:    sounds like a filter problem or your pump is not running adequate hours
First I would "super shock" your pool with 4x the usual amount of granular chlorine. (Break point chlorination) When you gun down off the algae it turns white. It is smaller than almost adjectives filters, so it freshly keeps getting circulated over and over. You obligation to "Floc" it. Add a flocullant (Aluminum Sulfate which is positively charged) and the negative limp algae will stick like a magnet. After 8 hour or so of circulating you turn your pump stale and it will all go down to the bottom of the pool then simply vacuum it out to gamble away and it's gone forever. It can also be metals in your hose so if the above does not work then join a metal sequestering agent.
