My barn has two floor drains for wet runoff, and one of the covers is missing so I have a huge hole contained by the floor. I need a 15.5 inch round cover for the hole but I can't find one.
Answers: Well bar a commercial plumbing outlet you may look for any marking to aid identify who the maker is.Then a on-line hunt should prove beneficial.
Other than that I would search weld fab shops to see if they can fabricate one.You mentioned 2 drains,that would be as per sample.
