Who make the best furnace for a mobile home? I know that Coleman and Intertherm (Nordyne) make them but who else...

I know that Coleman and Intertherm (Nordyne) make them but who else does? I've read a little not so good things roughly speaking the Coleman lately. I have a hasty '80's 68ft home with the unproved furnace and it is on it's last legs....

Answers:    I've other been partial to Miller/Nordyne/Intertherm furnaces, but really, adjectives manufacturers pretty fitting. The one thing to keep under surveillance out for though is the base-connection (where the furnace sits on the furnace base or floor), as the models adjectives have a slightly different size crack. For example, if you replace your existing Coleman with a foreign Miller, the opening on the bottom of the hot Miller will be a different size than the opening of the frail Coleman that you're replacing. If this isn't addressed during installation, you'll attain air blowing up around the groundwork of the furnace (in the furnace closet), instead of down inside your duct line.

There is no best furnace for a mobile home. There is one and only a best way to install it. Unfortunately one and only a few floor plans allow it.
