We purchased a dog after erecting a fence on the side of our garden that the deeds influence is the responsibility of our neighbour (with her permission).
That fence have now suffered incapacitate, and one of the panels have fallen down. Are we responsible for keeping our dog (who digs!) out of her garden, or is the burden on her to repair her barrier?
Also, given that her garden is open to the access alleyway that ours isn't, can we require her to repair the barrier to safeguard our dog and our children?
