Answers: Landlords are responsible for rodent problems in apartment complexes but not within single family dwellings, at lowest in California. In your covering, the landlord is taking steps to eradicate the problem.
You could also trap the rats yourself; it's deeply easier than moving all of your belongings to some other part where within may be other problems.
There are plenty of ways to get rid of rats. I use Victor rat traps which are sold at hardware stores everywhere. You can only just throw the dead rat and the trap away if you prefer not to reuse it.
I close to bacon for baiting these traps.
You have need of to contact the apartment manager along near maybe the vigour department. They need to be fixing infestation problems so you really want to start with the apartment head. I bet you can work out maybe something beside apartment for a move but thats really up to them I would think if they didnt feat on th problem you might have a upper foot on helping aid your move. I know when I moved out of a apartment because of crime they didnt charge me or place on my credit report that it was a broken lease.
