hello,
Have a side-by-side whirlpool frig purchased 4 years ago.
I believe its frost free.

We see frost buildup contained by the top of the freezer, some on the side walls near door and the bottom rear legs of the freezer where nearby appear to be some vents (?) opening.

We have removed food items, shut it rotten and cleaned out the frost, but upon turning it back on, the frost started forming again.

what could be the exact and how we can fix it??

Thank you!!
Answers:    Not a frost-free.
you may have two problems, the compelling seal (rubber gasket) my be leak for the top of the freezer door problem and the second my be it's not well insulated door, and sides.
i hold a freezer in my subterranean vault that actually sweats dampen in the summertime because of the humidity within the air. same problem and i read aloud that the door is not insulated enough. when the hot nouns hits the cold door it will produce water.
here's the one and only thing i own come up with to get rid of that situation and that is i put a small enthusiast blowing on it to eliminate the moisture. does it occur to you all year long or a moment ago in the summertime when the humidity is big.
they make everything cheap now. i had a Frigidaire down for more or less 30 years and never had that problem. it weigh a ton. this one i can move about because it one and only weighs roughly 100 pounds.
if you can feel roast near the door opening when the doors are closed it's frost free. if it weren't the freezer would be full of ice. it's the steam that keeps it frost free.
sorry but i don't believe you can fix it.
