I just replaced the heat element and adjectives three thermastats and still wont heat up the timer seem to be working and the blower the dryer will shut off on its own the buzzer works (lol) any design ?

Answers:    If you replaced the element, the thermal fuse and hi temp thermostat. which are bth on the thing housing, you should also make sure you enjoy 240 v going to the machine, if you solitary have 120v afterwards te motor will turn, but it won't heat.If you hold 240v, and no heat, and you've replaced the other tings above, afterwards you have a discouraging motor, the centrifical switch in the motor isn't sending power to the feature. half of the elements power comes from the motor, and partly from L2 coming into the machine.
