There are visable signs of termite droppings at my front door and the roof of my gargage and 3-4 other spots in the garage. I am interested in knowing the pros and cons of ginger oil spot treatment verses fumigation of the entire house and garage given that my house is on a slab and the pitch of my roof is extremely low. I am also concerned roughly speaking the toxicity of both chemicals. My middle son has asthma.

oh man, if this is not a rent house, call a pro! pony up and pay for a termite treatment! those bugs will drink your dwelling and it will be worthless. if you suspect termites, get a pro in nearby, seriously!
