My son's crib is right near a phone jack. For very soon I have pulled the crib away so he can't verbs on the wires. However, I can't keep his crib surrounded by the middle of the room forever. I can't rearrange furniture or plug this within elsewhere. I need some sort of box that go over the entire jack...I can't find one anywhere! Does this type of item even exist? Where do I get one?
Answers: If the phone jack surrounded by question is one and the same size as a typical electrical outlet then you can purchase a blank plate cover (found at any hardware store or section) that will screw directly to the box that contains the wires. Later, you can put the artistic cover back on when your son is elder.
i know this is not what your asking about BUT
you can very soon purchase a SET of phones and only one of the two or three phones wishes a telephone jack, the other two one and only need an electrical outlet to plug into AND these phones can also feat as an intercom so you can hear whats going on in the babies room from you bedroom or where you put the other phone or two. i just give three sets for Christmas to relatives, bought a set of 3 for $45.00 a set at TARGET.
they're great to have because you don't inevitability to run any wires for the additional phones. i bought UNIDIEN 5.8
can play a song for 10 different caller so you can identify who's calling you without seeing the company id.
