I have a 5hp Honda Excell XR2600 pressure washer. I talk to the reps on the phone and they told me it was the thermal relieve stopcock was the problem I be having. It would trademark pressure sometimes and then othertimes not. I get the part 16484 and I simply don't see where it go. I have have the pump off and I still don't see where on earth it goes. Any facilitate would be appreciated.
Answers:    I'm afraid the rep may have mislead you. The thermal nouns valve merely activates if the pump over heat by releasing hot water from the pump to create room for cooler water. It does zilch for making pressure. The pressure problem you describe would be connected with any the pressure relief spigot, or the pump valves, or both.
You do not obligation to pull the pump sour..it is external right under neath the pump..itwill be visibly leak when they go out..will be greatly small drops but visible
