The door was working fine. I open it with a saloon remote, then is stopped working. Neither motor remote or wall remote will open the section.
call sear all craftsman products are sear.
believe it or not sometimes if you just try to google that entitle AND number something may come up. if not beckon sears parts and for a small excise they'll send you that instruction encyclopaedia.
good luck to ya. are you sure the element has electricity.
check circuit breaker
Climb up there and look around. There are reset buttons on them. Maybe unmoving batteries within the remotes. Batteries loose?
Maybe a loose wire. they are solid basic. Do you own the little red lights on each side of door? They own to be lined up or it won't work. One is a muted and one is a reflector. It's for when somone or something is under the door and the door comes down and hits it and door go back up instead of closing on say--your kid. That would be the first piece I would look for.
Good Luck
Try contacting craftsman and ask them to send you one. Or flush for it on the internet.
You can catch many manual online from Sears.com but I think you own to register for their "my home" section to gain that. Or you can order them as a constituent from the parts section.
But I imagine the units do enjoy a reset button on them that trips if the door gets jammed. Some you might hold to remove the cover but I thought there be a button on the control end for some.
Good Luck.
PS, you alway check for power first near any problem. Check the breaker and/or plug a light contained by to the outlet to check it.
Answers: Does the motor still make disturbance? Can you open the door by mitt?
You likely enjoy one of four problems.
Either the gear kit go bad. You can inform because the opener make noise but nil moves.
The spring broke the opener make noise and you can not move the door by paw when disconnected from the opener.
The Logic Board is impossible the opener is completly unresponsive.
The Force is off. The Door tries to start on and can not make it. The door still works manually.
All but the spring make over is an easy fix.
Just remembered engineer sure you did not hit the lock button on the wall button this prevents the door from opening at adjectives.
You can find the manuel at Chamberlin.com Chamberlin makes adjectives Liftmaster and craftsmen openers.
