I'm looking for a high quality sink...not the crappy undernourished steel on the cheaper end sinks.
There is a company within Houston, Texas that salvages them from commercial buildings being demolished. OLSHAN They hold saved me money on lots of projects. try a restaurant supply/salvage store, google.com, or craigslist.com in your nouns.
There is a great website called siennasinks.com. They have 304 series 18/10 chromium nickel stainless steel sinks, which my granite guy told me be the best. They also have double bowls that are 18 gage steel for like $199. So I would try at hand. We had a good experience beside them and they are really knowledgeable about stone counter tops
Hope this help and good luck! $108.00

I purchased a sink from them a few months back.Their sinks are sturdy and high-ranking quality...plus they are very affordable.

I don't know much around quality of steel but they claim to use the "High Quality 304 Stainless Steel" and their sinks are 16/18 gauge. They also submit a limited lifetime warranty.

You didn't specify what kind of kitchen sink you might want to check out this double bowl model. The price is hugely cheap (~$80) too. The dimensions are: 32 1/4" x 18" x 8".

You might try your local FREECYCLE.com site (if there is one) or a local used building materials recycler. Good luck.
