This only seem to be happening when I turn the hot hose down up. However recently I single need to turn the hose on half agency before the flowrate slows down and the hose only pulsates out. Is this dampen hamering? a problem with the watersaving shower principal? or a problem with the waterpipes?

take your watersaving shower go before off, way of walking to the front door, and throw it as far as you can! It's built up with deposits, and you'll bring in it better for a very short time of year of time if you run a cleaner through it, until all the other deposits you loosened up by running the cleaner surrounded by it break loose and plug it up again(read: in a week or two at best) Go to the hardware store and acquire another shower head.
