The water temp. other changes its never like peas in a pod, one day I come home and its hot and in the future its warm and this is after nobody person home all daylight and not using it. I noticed the end homeowner replaced the capillary tube for it, can that be the problem? My gas bills are really high for a small townhome, is could this be a problem due to a leak/improper ignition?
