My furnace starts blowing cold air through my vent instead of warm nouns. If i shut it off, linger 5 minutes, and turn it back on, it starts blowing heat up air again. This happen multiple times a day. Could this be a problem beside just my thermostat? or do I obligation to have my actual furnace looked at?
Your furnace wants serviced. I'm assuming you have a grease furnace. If it is, have the service tech replace the nozzle, filter and adjust the ignition electrodes. Your main problem might be the control box mounted surrounded by the furnace or a combination of all of the above especially if the furnace hasn't serviced surrounded by a while.
The probability that near is something seriously wrong increases as the balance surrounded by your checkbook decreases.
This is a certainty of life.
If your furnace is anything similar to mine, it will break during a record cold freakin frosty blizzard when not a soul can come help you.
Get reference or recommendations from ancestors you know to find an honest hvac trained person who will come and administer you a professional opinion.
My fridge decide to stop periodically. It leaves the light on to psych me out ... but the cold go away when I least expect it. When I concentration the ice cubes melt, I have to rob a screw driver and crawl halfway surrounded by and jiggle the whatsit until the thingy starts running again. My brother is supposed to replace the thingamabob this weekend. Thankfully, he's a professional.

Answers: have to be gas furnace , within 10 yrs antediluvian the burner not lighting and blowing cold air vehicle there is a quirk in system , by turning power past its sell-by date u r resetting circut board . could be lots of different things (piolite falling to lite, flame sensor, vacume switch ect.) would be best to have service company look at it , try not to reset power earlier they get near , they will need to see the codes to properly fix problem
