About a week ago my roommate clogged the toilet but was competent to plunge it and it worked normally for a couple of days. Now when we flush the toilet it fill nearly to the rim and then slowly drains, but not completely. We've tried to plunge it again and we've also tried the dish wash liquid plus hot wet trick. They don't work. Any suggestions before we hold to call a plumber.

Answers:    Go to the plumbing subdivision at ACE Hardware or HD and look for a "blaster". It goes within the pipe and you pump it up with nouns. Once it gets to the point where on earth it can't hold any more air, it blasts adjectives the air out through the pipe and hopefully getting rid of your clog.

I enjoy one that works with hose but the air point is probably a lot easier to use.
