What's up near my refrigerator? My fridge used to work just fine, until I did some rewiring...

My fridge used to work just fine, until I did some rewiring to the house. As I was doing that, I have to constantly turn the power OFF/ON.
Right after I noticed, that even thought the fridge worked, it was not cooling and freezing amply. The water in rime trays would barely freeze in the freezer compartment, and rime cream would just melt.
I lately got back from one gone for two weeks. I had the fridge OFF. So I turned it back on, and very soon the water in the rime trays won't freeze at all.
Is there a simple fix, approaching adding freon, or do I need a trial refrigerator?
Thanks bunches in advance for reply.
There is some possibility that the start relay on the compressor or the start size has failed near all the starting and stopping. It will require a repairman able top assessment those elements. Have you tried the temperature control dial?

unless its a small fragment and you replace it yourself,,fetting a fridge fixed is very expensive. And if the fridge is a few years old consequently its more economical in hte long run to get a clean one-- even as expensive as they are.
However i dont see how just pulling the plug could screw it up.
You did some work there,, be ther a lot of dust?? Take a look at the motor and the finns. If there is a great deal of crap all over them then thats the problem and it wishes to be cleaned. See if the little fan motor down there is working also.
Answers:    It sounds approaching your rewiring work on the house has created a problem with the circuit to your refrig.
To fix it in the blink of an eye without hiring an electrician, I would run a new smudge to the fridge straight from the lode center, if you have a open space for a breaker.
