Why would anyone want to blow a circuit board?
There will be a 2 amp fuse surrounded by the pcb,remove it and link the 2 ends of the fuse harness with a piece of rope.Link a piece of wire between a live and neutral on the board consequently turn the power back on. Blow a circut board? Short it with a small piece of metal, or overload it near too much power.
