I was wash dishes when there be an odd rumbling nouns from the pipes to my kitchen sink and the water, both hot and cold, stopped completely. I hold full water flow surrounded by the bathroom and there are no leak or sounds of running water any in the underground store or outside. And yes, I've paid my bill. Any design what's going on and can I fix it myself?
