Thinking about buying a home. It be once a mobile home, but the previous owners added on to it, and then bricked the unbroken thing up. Even where on earth the skirting goes. We want to know how this is going to work. Cause it is going to have to be jacked up and rebricked from where on earth it had settled. Is this going to mess up the part of the pack that was built on. Someone who know about this, please minister to, Any information from someone who is in this column of work or knows anything in the region of this will be very agreeable.

I have never jacked up a mobile home until that time, but I have found myself surrounded by a few crawlspaces jacking up sagging floors within old houses. Somehow you are going to own to get beneath the trailer. You say it is going to be re-bricked, so I don`t know find a inconspicious spot and take out satisfactory brick so you can get underneath. If theres an access hole similar to for a crawl space-use that. Then you need to enjoy a couple bottlejacks, some 4x4s, a metal plate (to put between the bottlejack and the 4x4), a saw (to cut the 4x4 to to a close length), and some 2x4s (to set the jacks on to keep them from sinking contained by the dirt). When you have adjectives your "tools", go beneath the trailer and find a support beam or something that runs the length prefabley below the joists. Maybe if one corner is sinking a short time ago jack it up along the edge (this will reclaim you from having to crawl totally below the trailer). Then you need to receive a measurement to cut the 4x4 to fit (doesn't own to be tight) between the jack and where the 4x4 will come surrounded by contact with the trailer. Then it is freshly a matter of jacking it to the point where on earth everything is level both ways. BE CAREFUL DURING THE LIFTING PROCEDURE. THE 4X4 CAN SHOOT OUT AND CAUSE INJURY. BE SURE THAT YOU LIFT STRAIGHT AND DO NOT HAVE THE JACK OR 4X4 COCKED IN ANYWAY. After you hold everything where you want it you own to see what the soil underneath looks like. You can try digging a hole to the frost file (you may have to research to what explicitly in your nouns, around my area contained by Illinois it is 3 ft.) and pour concrete.
