So I bought a house and found a non-working freezer full of toxic sludge.....the remains of the food that was within it. I can't take it to the dump because of CFC release, They own an appliance drop off, but they enjoy to be clean. Does anyone enjoy any idea how I can draw from rid of it? (aside from just dumping it somewhere, I really DON'T want to do that) By the instrument it stinks soooo bad that you can only just stand to open it, much smaller amount clean it out.
Answers: It sounds resembling you don't want to clean it, bottom stripe. If that's the case, may I suggest that you find strong help beside a dolly or handcart to thieve it outside to a low profile place, such as behind your garage, and open out the thing and take off it propped open to nouns. In a week or so, approach it with gloves and a scrap bag, and you should know how to get rid of the contents inside an hour at most. Then call the appliance pickup citizens and have them come procure the clean appliance.
Contact your local council bureau and ask if they have any services that will remove it, otherwise you best bet is to get to a ahrdware store and get some breathing mask and see if they have something that will any break it down or clean it out.
