We have a 4-plex explicitly currently served with one 75 gal marine heater. Each apartment have 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. I am not sure if the unit is "commercial" or "residential". About 3-4 relatives reside in respectively apt. It is old and desires replacement. Thanks.
Answers:    The major quiz you need to ask is: How have the old 75 gallon served you? If the tenant are complaining they are running out of hot water, next you need a bigger one, save 75 is enough. One other preference to explore is a tankless heater. These are briskly replacing the old style because they do not store hot wet. Hot water is produced solitary as needed when called for, so you cannot run out. This also make them much more energy modernized. The initial cost is more then the behind the times style but will cost less due to reduced operating costs.
You call for a bigger one...or maybe two.
