Irv S is right.

Rad calcs are done by knowing the room size later making % corrections based on number of outside walls, glazing, Northern aspect etc...

I have a trade document with this info on and I'll be damned if I can find it.

Location? - (What temperatures are expected?)

Answers:    How many outside walls, wooden or solid floors, double glazed or not?
Need more information than that. Number of window, Single glazed or double. Cavity walls or not. Solid floor or wood. That way you can multiply any heat loss to allow for. Also stipulation height of rooms.
