Answers:    You shouldn't call for to go that big - the glass bead blaster I've used at our piece of equipment shop is regulated to 100psi. We use it day-in/day-out without problems.

But if you are chitchat about a short time ago using the air stream to blow dust & particle off of things, you should be fine at 30psi.
My Garbage disposal?
You should own 2 gauges. One for the atmosphere compressor and one at the outlet for the air tool. Set the outlet at the attachments recommended psi setting and the other one roughly 20-30 lbs higher.
