electrician is replacing installation in my flat and he accidentally diluted my gas instalation. as a result gas emergency services had to find involved and i was charged for their services.

in a minute the electrician refuses to cover this cost although this results from his mistake. he say he can cover parhaps 50% of this cost but wants me to compensate the rest.

Answers:    if it be his fault next he should be responsible for the damages, if he refuses to settle up then sue him for the damages
