i have river problems in my house. My boiler within the basement doesnt administer hot water alot. it have a low pressure when it comes from the sink. I know that it is the Coil in the Boiler. How do I verbs it? Please help thank you.

Answers:    I enjoy the same problem beside my HW from time to time. I was quoted an unbelievably glorious price so I took matters surrounded by my own hands. First shut sour the system (power and water supply)Drain the system.Then cut the two copper pipes that are attached to the coil contained by a place that's accessible. Then I attached a short piece of hose to each copper pipe. Then I put a funnel on one hose and put the other hose closing in a bucket. Then I poor LIME-AWAY surrounded by the funnel and raise it above the coil Pour satisfactory in untill it flows from the other hose surrounded by the bucket.Let it sit for about 15 minutes, Then I'd flush the coil out near 15 lbs of compressed air. If you don't enjoy air,use hose down from the garden hose.Do this alternating between the inlet and the discharge pipe. IE-Lime away-flush,-lime away-flush-switch pipes,lime away-flush,lime away,flush,flush,flush. Do this for about 3-4 containers of Lime Away. When finished,fuse the pipes that you cut with couplers and solder. If there's an easier channel, I'd like to know. I partly to do it every year or so because I have greatly hard river and I cannot afford a water softener right presently.

It's the heating component and you probably need to replace it. Why not hold a trip to Lowe's or Home Depot, they can tell you which one you'll want (take your water heaters manufactuor describe and serial # or size?) and they can walk you through the "how to".
