the living room and master bedroom are 18'X13' each. The dining and partially the kitchen is also 18'X13', and the same for the 2nd partly of the kitchen and all of tne 2nd smaller bedroom. Basically a box. There are solitary 4 vents contained by the whole component, so cooling the living/dining room is hard work for the element. I want to know wht is appropriate before i name a company and they try to sell me something too sizeable or more expensive than what we really need. Any give support to would be great!

To properly size the unit, enjoy a professional do a heat/cool load totalling. Factors such as siding, windows, and insulation play a big role..Do not oversize the component too much. The unit will cool but it's capability to remove moisture from the air will be reduced due to short cycle times. result: a humid house. An investment this big should be done right.
