We just moved into our trial home about 4 months ago. We enjoy a GE Profile Built in Microwave. There is a metal square "plate" on the right side wall of the microwave. Somehow it have gotten a small hole in it and whenever we turn on the microwave, within are major sparks. Do you cogitate I need a strange microwave (which is about $450 alien ) or do you think this is repairable by sear? I don't want to waste a $60 home service payment if I need to freshly get a topical one. Thanks!!
I am also a mother so I NEED a microwave for bottles and quick lunches.
Answers: Didn't GE JUST recollect a whole slew of duly expensive microwave ovens of the built-in variety?
Do a net search using: GE microwave call in
Not to frighten you, but the reason for the retract was potential fire.
In the meantime, for the $60 service phone up, you can buy a new, but small microwave to save the household running.
Call a Sears repairman and ask about it. If it is single 4 months old it should be contained by warranty.
