Answers:    Yes they are more modernized but when I figure contained by the cost of installation and the fact that gas is the singular type that is really practical I wonder roughly speaking the actual payback with shifting to one. The only mode I would consider one would be for a new installation where on earth I had no plumbing even so installed and even then I am skeptical going on for actual savings when you consider the actual loss that occur in a reservoir type water oven that is okay insulated as they are now coming from the factory.

an instantaneous sea heater merely heats the hose down when you turn on the faucet. A standard water furnace with a container has to hang on to a whole reservoir of water reheat all the time, light of day and night.
