i'm trying to be "energy efficient" this winter by winterizing my home. I've be hearing around caulking windows past it gets to cold. should i caulk on the outside or the inside? should it be adjectives the way around or of late where i see any sizeable gaps or holes? i hear that windows are caulked from the inside when they are put surrounded by...is that true? any help i would appreciate. appreciation
a little side question. one of my windows go and get condensation on the inside. can it be fixed easily
Window usally do get caulked when they are put within. You can do it in or out, inside is most adjectives, just spawn sure your getting and gaps, holes, and spaces between wall and windowpane. That is the most effective means of access. Good luck and you can save lots of money doing this.

Answers:    Condensation is due to temp inside and outside or conceivably air escape.
Caulk thing.....remove any hoary caulk, start with topical surface, remove old stuff, verbs off nouns......apply new caulk, try and craft your line as straight and spick and span as possible. go wishy-washy , you can always affix more.....use either index finger to smooth it going on for it or end of pencil.....i find fingers are easier.
it wash right off.
If you do exterior as okay as interior you may want to use a silicon based caulk ,reflect that's what we used, same thing, remove mature, clean nouns off earlier applying new caulk..its so straightforward.
