What is the best entry to verbs silver beside?? Need unadulterated help out? I have a silver plated King trumpet and I'm trying to verbs...

I have a silver plated King trumpet and I'm trying to verbs it up so I can sell it on Ebay, but it have a problem of being tarnished from use contained by high conservatory. Any suggestions of what to clean it up beside?

Answers:    There are commercial silver polishes and polishing cloths available, fairly inexpensively. They wipe on later wipe off, similar to sports car wax. If you want to try at home, make a join using ketchup and salt, the bitter will work on the tarnish on the silver, rub over the surface with some of the join on a soft cloth, it will take some elbow grease, surface verbs the residue off near a clean wet through rag. OLD tarnish cause by body oil (like you seize on instruments LOL) is very strong to remove after time.

FUNNY BUT I HAVE USED BELIEVE IT OR NOT TOOTH PASTE WORKS GREAT ON POLISHING SILVER. BUT I WOULD ASK SOMEONE WHO WORKS IN THE INSTRUMENT REPAIR AND RESTORATION BUSINESS BEFORE I TRIED IT.
