My first year in a house that have cedar deck. It does have stain. I would similar to to clean the deck up and next seal(waterproof) it. Any have any recommendation? Thanks.
Answers: they have commercially produced cleaner, or you could use bleach or TBP beside some water, a stiff brush and sooner a power washer(nice , but not needed)
You could borrow/rent a power washer and try that. Just don't hold the sprayer too close to the wood or you will have splinters everywhere (know from experience!). Power washers do a wonderful opportunity on decks. I don't regard you need to trademark cedar though.
