What is right to use to return with tarnish stale of my bathroom fixtures?

Answers:    more info is needed. are fixtures chrome or brass? are they tarnished or are they covered with lime deposits caused by frozen water. if brass, try cleaner made especially for brass. if chrome try arm & hammer soda or chrome cleaner. if you enjoy lime deposits try CLR cleaner. good luck

Cheaper just to receive new ones. or use chrome polish and waste a hours of daylight to clean it.
