I am in Baltimore, MD and if anyone know a reasonable plumber please permit me know. I wqas quoted a price of 150. DO you think explicitly to much? I talked to a plumber friend of mine surrounded by anotehr state and they said that is like mad. I know I could potentially do it myself but its a toilet and I would rather not. Thank for your aid.
