What type of mold is this? I have be searching for this mold that is to say...

I have be searching for this mold that is to say growing rapidly through our underground store since we had a weather related flood and I cant find it online anywhere. It looks approaching snow. It's white and fluffy and gets up to two inches gummy. Its fast growing and bleach does not wipe out it. I bleach it out and within two days, its right rear where it be before! I of late want to know if its dangerous and how to find rid of it if bleach doesn't do the job. Any suggestion or info would be appreciated.

Also, it has a unlikeable odor. It grows right on cement floors and walls.

It sounds like efflouresence to me too. Its that powdery white substance that get leeched out of the mortar when water get thru.
