The wooden support beams that hold my floor up hold rotted due to a leaking pipe. The floor is starting to sink surrounded by in that nouns. My house is on a slab so there is no underground store.
I need the wooden support beam underneath my floor replaced (in about a ten foot area). I want the beams to be supported by cement blocks or doesn`t matter what material is most stable and afterwards I need the subfloor replaced. Not looking to spend a ton of money.
What kindly of carpenter would do this kind of work?

They will have the experience and expertise to ensure that your house is repaired to code. They may also have finishers working for them that can install the required trim, flooring, etc. Good luck.
You would be better stale getting a general contractor, or two, own them get the appropriate bids from the mason, plumber, carpenter, electrical, ect... compare the bids and dance with the most not bad of the two. Make sure you check the BBB to make sure they are reputable and check any reference they may give. Anyone wanting a down recompense before they open is not to be trusted. This job will not help yourself to long enough for anyone to require money up front. If they insist on have money up front it is because they do not have a regular currency flow or have accounts. Neither of those are a worthy thing. If someone wishes a deposit tell them you will hand over them 50% upon rough inspection. This work will require a permit. If they ask you to verbs the permit (if your city allows it) quiz as to why you are paying them if the homeowner can pull a security and they cannot. Your house needs to be repaired properly. Call a handyman to renovation your light bulbs and rake your leaves, Leave the construction work to those who know what they are doing.
