Just curious. Had a call almost a womans roof leaking today and she say it is done with white EPDM but when asked around the flat roof she informed me that it has a severe slope and wasn't flat at adjectives.

Hmmm, perhaps an unscupulous roofer talk the owner into applying it at a higher cost. I am surprised it is leak though. The stuff works really well. Must own been an installer error.
