What does LCE and CE miserable on Building Floor Plans? I am viewing the building floor plans for my condo building and...

I am viewing the building floor plans for my condo building and am trying to determine what two specific acronyms represents.

There are areas of the building (on the drawings) that are labeled "LCE" and some labeled "CE". All appear to be hallways, portico, Electrical rooms, etc. Can you tell me what "LCE" and "CE" mode?

Answers:    CE: Commen Element. This consists of all shared areas. Hallways, shared lawns, etc.

LCE: Limited Common Elements: These are shared areas that enjoy been assigned to the sole use of one home owner. These will consist of storage unit, parking spaces, etc.

So essentially, all CEs and LCEs are owned by adjectives homeowners, although all homeowners will not hold use of all LCEs as they would near CEs.
